Get Tigo, but wait until town (airport is overpriced). SIM cost should be $2.14. Choose the B./10 plan for 15 days. Tigo includes roaming across Central America for up to 30 days. Tocumen airport has free Wi-Fi (for one hour) if you need to order an Uber.
🚇 Getting to Town
Metro costs $0.85 total (Line 2 = $0.50 + transfer to Line 1 = $0.35). Tap in/out with a credit card. Take the free bus from Terminal 1 to the metro. Uber is about $20 (destination dependent). Regular taxis can be a bit of a rip-off.
